Simply close your eyes and take three deep breaths as fully as you can… On each inhalation feel the oxygen and prana (life-force energy) filling your lungs and flowing through your heart, brain, and bloodstream bathing all your cells in light… On each exhalation let go of any tensions, tightness or pain as it flows out of the lungs, feet and aura and dissolves into nothing… Feel the bliss of calmness settle over you…

Now breathe normally with awareness of the cool fresh air entering the nostrils. Feel the tiny hairs in the nose enliven as the oxygen flows past them. Feel the fresh cool oxygenated air absorbed by the olfactory nerves and channeled directly into the brain. Be mindful of this enlivening of the brain cells.
The deeper you breathe, the more brain cells you feed, the more enlightened you become. So fill your brain, body and mind with the light of prana through the power of breathing resulting in ease of well-being and bliss. In this present moment, you are only light.
